Instead of staying in the city to celebrate the Sinulog festival, the group decided to spend time in the mountains. The trail this time is from Budlaan to Sirao, and Kan-irag. The group hopped on a jeepney to the jump-off point in Talamban. The next part of the hike is river trek, we have to pass by a long trail with these big, slippery rocks and raging waters.We got lost at the beginning of the hike but at last, we were able to find the right path. 1003 MASL Minor Climb  Philippine Difficulty 3/9 Balamban, Cebu We decided to spend our weekend on this historic mountain in Cebu. It was Saturday and after our shift. The expected duration of the climb to the campsite is 3 hours. On the second day, when we descended from the campsite, we got lost on the trail and spent more hours than intended but thankfully everyone was safe and we ultimately find the way to the main road and arrived home without injuries.  DAY 1 Start of the hike.
